|I have never made this recipe because I let my dear friend Tabbi bring over a fresh supply whenever she comes to visit, which is quite often thankfully.
1 teaspoon sour cream
Finely chopped tomatoes to taste
Finely chopped spring onions (sob) to taste
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Ground black pepper
Few drops of lemon juice
- Mash the heck out of the avocado with back of fork.
- Add tomato and onion
- Add everything to taste (do alot of tasting) beginning with sour cream
- Stir in a small amount of mayonnaise.
After you are through tasting, hopefully there is enough guacamole left
in which to dip corn chips.
